To many e-mails
Ive ordered several items for Christmas, all being delivered by Dragonfly Shipping. The issue Im facing is the overwhelming number of emails from your company, with some being sent 3-4 times.
Its difficult to keep track of my orders, and my inbox is so cluttered that Im confused about whats what. Is there a way to streamline this process?

None. Choose another courier company.
Your courier with plate 908 NVR has parked across 3 parking spots in a Transit vehicle. The spots he parked across are occupied and need to remain open.
There is designated parking spots for the driver to park his vehicle and easily get in and out. If this continues, police will be contacted and charges laid.

dragonfly consistently lies about fake delivery attempts and provides fake address error reports. this causes your package to not be delivered at all or takes weeks for delivery.
the false reports of delivery attempts happen on every shipment.
it seems to be company policy to lie about tracking and delivery issues. sad business model.

On dit m'avoir livré un colis le 6 octobre dernier je n'étais pas là. J'ai vérifier avec la personne qui devait prendre mon colis devant la porte.
Mais j'ai pas eu de message ni photo de votre livreur comme quoi il avait laissé un colis. La Compagnie Candacois ne veut pas me rembourser et elle a encaissé mon paiment

Keep on them to make them do better
I have a note asking that your delivery drivers ring the door bell to let me know my package has arrived. The refuse to do so.
I have even asked them when I heard them outside. The one driver told me he couldn't read.
It is now getting into the winter months. We are getting rain and snow I don't need or want my packages sitting outside in that kind of weather, unless you or your drivers are going pay for the damages.

Stolen items from package
Company dropped EMPTY ENVELOPE for small package ordered through Ali Express on my doorstep. Envelope was slit open and contents removed. Explanation for damage and no delivery contact info available I was home all the time and picked it up outside my door within 2 hours of reported delivery time

Cancel pickup
I don't know why the driver didn't get here yesterday, but the next available date for shipping is October 15 and I leave the country that day for six months. So that won't work for me, but I can't figure any other way to cancel the pick up. You really need to have a Customer Service phone number available for situations like this, and I will never choose this option again when returning things to Amazon or anywhere else for that matter.
User's recommendation: Don’t use this service unless you can wait around all day for them to come, and then wait again two days later if they postpone the delivery for some reason.
Waited didn’t arrive as expected
My shoes were suppose to be delivered yesterday and because they werent I had to cancel my dress fitting for the next morning (need shoes to alter the hem). It said something about my address being a problem but I had a package delivered last week with no issue!!! Annoying that I cant talk to a costomet service rep

I would never trust this company to fulfill its mandate. Don't waste your time, get a reliable courier.

Late Shipping Hours
Every time Amazon chooses to ship with this carrier,they deliver late - usually after 5pm and more often than not between 5 and 9pm. My packages are routed to my office as I don't have a mailbox and I have clearly labelled the delivery hours on my Amazon account and always when I get the email from Dragonfly/Intelcom.
I always request delivery before 5pm and it almost never happens.
Why aren't the instructions ever followed? I've been waiting for a package for 2 days and it likely won't come again today.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I picked it up myself.Something I could have done 4 weeks prior to this whole ordeal. Something I offered on the 1st of 2 phone calls.
I ordered a package 6 weeks ago.
I received daily emails telling me I would be receiving my parcel within 3hrs. This is followed by an email at the end of the day mentioning failure to deliver.
After two weeks of this I called and confirmed the GPS location, They had it!!
I even offered to pick it myself buy was told it was not allowed.
Another week goes by (were at 1 month) still receiving daily emails and nothing. I call again same story.
So I decide to complain to the retailer of my parcel and they announced many problems with this shipping company.
I receive an email from the location of my parcel telling me to pick it up and for the cherry on top they give me the wrong pick up hours.
Im at 6 weeks and still trying to figure this problem.
Horrible shipping provider.

Dragonfly Australia was not the company I was having issues with, but they were able to provide me info on how to contact the Edmonton location to find out why my package was not getting delivered.
Dragonfly won't pickup my item for return to Amazon !
This happened before , they contact me to pick up item I'm returning to Amazon . They email me that they are close to my address and will arrive soon to pick up item !
As this happened before they never showed up ! I have no car and need companies to pick up items to return to Amazon.
